The TOP Server Intelligent Actuator Super SEL driver provides a communication interface to Intelligent Actuator's Super SEL actuators/controllers with the same level of performance, stability and ease of configuration as any other TOP Server driver.
It exchanges data between OPC UA, OPC DA, SuiteLink and DDE clients and IA Super SEL (Type E & G) and X-SEL devices over serial or Ethernet connections (supporting the Super SEL or X-SEL protocol).
Data acquisition is optimized based on client demand while data integrity is ensured using extensive error handling.
The driver supports up to 100 channels with full 8-axis motion control support for connected devices, accessing all IA Super SEL memory types including Input Port, Output Port, Flags, Axis Status, Axis Control, Point Data, Variables, Program Execution, Test Controller, Reset Controller, and Error Messaging.
Available as a standalone driver or as part of the TOP Server Manufacturing Suite for industry-specific applications.
