IBH PC-S5-Current Loop Converter for S5 PLCs

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Your computer must have a physical RS-232 serial port to use this cable
• This adapter will NOT work with a USB to serial convertor on your computer. Instead choose the IBH USB S-5 Convertor part # 41278223
• The PLC must be active and needs to supply the the loop current (2 x 20mA).

This item provides a 9 pin D-sub connector for the PC side, and a solid metal 15-pin Dsub connector to plug into the current loop port of your S5 PLC. The pin assignment fits the following SIMATIC PLCs: 90U, 95U, 100U, 101U, 115U, 135U, and 155U.

The cable length of the IBH S5-Current loop converter is 3 meters.
