Injection molding machines generate a steady stream of production data, but much of it stays locked in machine-specific file formats that traditional OPC tools can't touch. The EUROMAP63 Driver closes that gap, translating file-based IMM data into a live OPC feed that HMI, SCADA, Historian, MES, ERP, and other client applications can use directly.
Rather than requiring proprietary interfaces or costly retrofits, the driver reads and writes data using standard Windows file sharing over TCP/IP and UDP, the same networking most plants already have in place. That means even older, pre-networked IMMs can be brought into a modern monitoring environment without replacing hardware.
Once connected, the driver continuously pulls machine status, cycle history, and quality-related values from the IMM's output files and makes them available on the OPC layer as they update. Operators and engineers get a real-time view of machine health, a historical record for trend analysis, and early visibility into quality deviations, all through the OPC infrastructure they're already running.
